Electronic braking devices
According to the law on safety of equipment (“Gerätesicherheitsgesetz”) and the Guideline 98/37/EC, machinery and devices for working with wood and analogous materials must comply with the testing principles for work safety according to GS-HO-01. A presented example of machinery is type-tested for compliance with “essential health and safety requirements relating to the design and construction of machinery and safety components”.
Result:
The braking systems of Klinger & Born meet all requirements of the testing principles for machinery and devices for working with wood according to GS-HO-01.
