Functional description
AC10 Micro Drive is a simple, reliable and economical solution to every-day motor control applications with variable speed within the power range of 0.2 kW to 90 kW. With its compact dimensions it provides features normally only associated with higher sprice segments. Providing sensorless vector mode, output frequency up to 590 Hz, 3 phase 400 V supplies in all 5 frame sizes and a full 150 % overload at 0.5 Hz for 1 minute the AC10 is an optimised solution for OEM machine builders looking for a compact, cost-effective drive without compromises on performance.
AC10 is designed to reduce the time and effort required to install, setup and commission the drive through its easy to use integrated keypad. Minimal wiring requirements and two easy to access terminal rails makes the AC10 fast and simple to install. For applications that require a high flexible speed or torque control, the auto-tuning sensorless vector mode together with a simple U/f control allows a 0.5% (speed) eg. 5% (torque) enhanced accuracy.
Proven technology and manufacturing techniques ensure the power and reliability of the AC10. Due to its coated printed boards the AC10 can be operated in rough environments of class 3C3 other than most of the drives in its performance class.

Pre-Adjustment service
Frequency inverters are complex devices with a powerful software and various possible settings.
To realise the various control tasks a lot of parameters have to be programmed. For an untrained service technican it is hard to keep track of all programming correlations. Even more an incorrect programming may lead to severe malfunctions culminating in the damage of the device.
For this reason we offer technical help in terms of a flat rate for programming the frequency inverter according to your needs. The flat rate includes help for the frictionless setting-up operation of elementary control tasks. Please inform us about your desired demands. According to your instructions we will either preprogram the frequency inverter for your control task in our factory or inform you by E-Mail about the correct parameter settings. If desired we can provide a connection diagram or support you on phone when connecting and programming the inverter.
What is included in the programming flat rate?
Included is the programming of parameters for elementary control tasks such as:

- Maximum frequency
- Start- or cut-off frequency
- Frequency setting with external potentiometer
- Frequency setting with 0 ...10 V signal
- Start-Stop with an external control signal
