Functional description frequency inverter
The installation location directly on the motor minimizes the wiring and installation effort and thus also the configuration and installation costs for extensive systems.
The application string is easy to expand, since no additional control cabinet space has to be considered.
This means that configuration and commissioning can be faster than with comparable projects in which several controllers are installed in the control cabinet.
Shielded motor cables are either no longer necessary or only very short.
In comparison to controlled processes such as V / f control, the INVEOR achieves improved starting torques and higher efficiency as well as optimized control quality. It can be dispensed with an expensive encoder feedback.
To speed up commissioning of the drive controller in conjunction with third-party motors, the INVEOR family offers automatic motor identification. Only the entry of the type plate data is required for the start of the identification.
The intuitive interface of the PC software opens up to the user almost by itself. Commissioning via oscilloscope, parameter adjustment and the cloning of drive axes are easily possible. Automatic motor identification, parameter presettings and customer-specific actual value displays automate and shorten the commissioning of the application. The INVEOR PC software is available as a free download.
The INVEOR offers a freely programmable soft PLC solution with full access to the device parameters and status data. The programming and display can be done in a function block diagram (FBD), structured text (ST) and an instruction list (STL).

Programming
Frequency inverters are complex devices with a powerful softare and various possible settings.
To realise the various control tasks a lot of parameters have to be programmed. For an untrained service technican it is hard to keep track of all programming correlations. Even more an incorrect programming may lead to severe malfunctions culminating in the damage of the device.
For this reason we offer technical help in terms of a flat rate for programming according to your needs. The flat rate includes help for the frictionless setting-up operation of elementary control tasks. Please inform us about your desired control task. According to your instructions we will either preprogram the frequency inverter for your control task in our factory or inform you by E-Mail about the correct parameter settings. If desired we can provide a connection diagram or support you on phone when connecting and programming the inverter.
