Inspection and repair
Description

Please note when sending starters for inspection or repair:

  • Free of charge shipping
  • The starter must be sent complete with connection wires (as originally manufactured). Starters with missing wires cannot be tested. If necessary, missing wires will be installed for a fee.
  • Repair of basic starters older than 5 years is not economical. We ask that you refrain from returning them.

Costs for inspection (if no warranty applies) - In the event of a repair, the inspection costs will not be charged.

  • K400, K570, K590, K700, K900, K3000:
  • Eur 15.00 + VAT and shipping

  • K3500, K4000, Star-Delta starter:
  • Eur 25.00 + VAT and shipping

  • Control cabinets based on time spent:
  • Hourly rate: 60 Eur/hr + VAT
