CEE angled connector 2P+E 230V

A CEE angled connector 2P+E (3-pin, blue, 230V, 16A) with an integrated Schuko socket is primarily used in the camping and caravanning sector to feed the external power supply (shore power) into the vehicle whilst retaining an additional external power connection. The angled design allows the cable to be routed gently downwards, which saves space and minimises mechanical stress on the vehicle's side panel.

Power supply for motorhomes & caravans:

The CEE connector is plugged directly into the supply socket on the outer wall of the camper. This provides the standard 230V voltage inside the vehicle.

Additional outdoor power (awning/canopy):

As the CEE socket on the campsite's power pedestal is occupied by the main cable, you would normally need to run a cable from inside to outside to power electrical appliances outdoors. The Schuko socket integrated into the rear of the angled connector solves this problem. It allows household appliances to be connected directly outside the vehicle.
