Selection Criteria

• • Heavy starting behavior of the drive or short ramp times, or controlling multiple motors with one frequency inverter => choose frequency inverter 1-2 performance classes higher
  • Line length > 25m => choose frequency inverter 1 performance class higher, use choke
  • 1-phase frequency inverter with 3-phase 230V output => check if the connected motor is suitable for 230V (Delta), otherwise use 3-phase frequency inverter.
  • Match the power data of the frequency inverter with the motor data => the rated current of the motor must be below the max. output current of the frequency inverter
