The ITP15-M bar display is a compact process display for panel mounting that visualizes an analog input signal in the range of 0 to 100% with 10 bars, each representing 10%. It features a three-color display that shows the parameters in green, yellow, and red. You can adjust the threshold values for the color change to fit your specific needs. The compact and standardized design of the ITP15-M fits into a standard hole of 22.5 mm for signal lights, allowing for quick and easy installation.

Display Operation

Settings related to changes in display color and display range are only available through the Akytec Tool Pro when the ITP15-M is connected via USB!

Typical applications with quality parameter display and color change from normal signal level (green) to warning (yellow) and critical (red) relate to the following conditions:

• Decrease of the signal to a critical level.
• Increase of the signal to a critical level.
• Deviations from the normal value towards critical decrease or critical increase.

Let's consider an example of the operation of the ITP15-M indicator and the color signaling in case of deviation from the normal value. Five states are defined: Normal level, non-critical deviation, and emergency level. Each state has its own indicator color.

The ITP15-M indicator setup allows for the configuration of any custom color change threshold values and their corresponding colors within the signal measurement range. The only rule is that the thresholds for each subsequent color zone must be greater than the previous threshold.
