Function

The K331/5 Schuko power supply socket is designed to provide a safe and convenient power supply to electrical appliances, machines and control systems operating at 230 V AC. It allows an external mains lead to be connected via a safety-earthed plug, thus offering a practical alternative to permanently fixed mains leads.

The power supply socket features an integrated earth-contacted plug (2P+E, 16 A) and allows for easy connection to the mains supply. The robust ABS plastic housing, in conjunction with the surface-mounted seal, provides protection class IP44.

Application

The Schuko feed-through socket is mounted directly onto machines, equipment or control enclosures and enables a detachable electrical mains connection.

Thanks to the pre-assembled, 150 mm long connection wires with ferrule terminals, the feed-through socket can be easily integrated into existing electrical circuits. It is secured using a sturdy 2-hole mounting system.

The integrated connector holder ensures the connected Schuko plug is securely fastened and reduces the risk of the plug connection becoming disengaged accidentally.
