Warning:
Insufficiently tightened clamping screws can lead to unacceptable heating. The device may only be connected by qualified personnel. Do not touch live parts!
Startup Verification:
Press the "O" push button to reset the relay. By pressing the slider "2" in the direction of the arrow, the device will activate. The contact 95-96 opens, and the contact 97-98 closes. In the off state, the switching position indicator shows "1" in yellow.
Setting to Motor Rated Current:
The setting to motor rated current is done by turning the setting knob (3) until the point of the knob is at the desired rated current value.
Switching from Manual to Automatic Reset:
Manual Reset:
The triggered overload protection is reset with the "R" button (4). Please ensure sufficient cooling time.
Automatic Reset:
Press and hold the "R" button (4) while moving the slider (5) in the direction of the arrow until it clicks into place. After releasing the slider, the "R" button (4) must remain pressed.
Auxiliary Switch:
Open contact 95-96 and closed contact 97-98 are galvanically separated. Short-circuit protection of the auxiliary switch 6A. The closed auxiliary contact 97-98 can activate a signaling circuit. A single-pole changeover contact can be achieved by inserting a bridge between terminals 95 and 97.
