Warning:
Insufficiently tightened clamping screws lead to unacceptable heating. The device may only be connected by qualified personnel. Do not touch live parts!
Commissioning Check:
Press the off button "O" to reset the relay. Pressing the slider "2" in the direction of the arrow will activate the device. The contact 95-96 opens, and the contact 97-98 closes. In the off state, the switching position indicator shows "1" in yellow.
Setting to Motor Rated Current:
The setting to motor rated current is done by turning the adjustment knob (3) until the point of the knob is at the desired rated current value.
Switching Between Manual - Automatic Reset:
Manual Reset:
With the button "R" (4), the triggered overload protection is reset. Please observe sufficient cooling time.
Automatic Reset:
Press and hold the button "R" (4) while moving the slider (5) in the direction of the arrow until it clicks into place. After releasing the slider, the button "R" (4) must remain pressed.
Auxiliary Switch:
Normally open contact 95-96, normally closed contact 97-98 galvanically isolated. Short circuit protection for the auxiliary switch 6A AC. The normally closed auxiliary contact 97-98 can be used to operate a signaling circuit. A single-pole changeover contact can be achieved by inserting a bridge between terminals 95 and 97.
