Warning:
Insufficiently tightened clamping screws can lead to excessive heating. The device may only be connected by qualified personnel. Do not touch live parts!
Commissioning Check:
Press the "O" switch to reset the relay. By pressing the slider "2" in the direction of the arrow, the device triggers. Contact 95-96 opens, contact 97-98 closes. In the off state, the switching position indicator shows "1" in yellow.
Setting to Rated Motor Current:
The setting to rated motor current is done by turning the adjustment knob (3) until the pointer of the knob is aligned with the desired rated current value.
Switching Hand - Automatic Reset:
Manual Reset:
The button "R" (4) resets the triggered overload protection. Please ensure sufficient cooling time.
Automatic Reset:
Press and hold the button "R" (4) while moving the slider (5) in the direction of the arrow until it clicks into place. After releasing the slider, the button "R" (4) must remain pressed.
Auxiliary Switch:
Normally open contact 95-96, normally closed contact 97-98 are galvanically separated. Short-circuit protection for the auxiliary switch 6A AC. The normally closed auxiliary contact 97-98 can be used to activate a signaling circuit. A single circuit changeover contact can be achieved by inserting a bridge between terminals 95 and 97.
